Embracing the Environment
Laguna Lăng Cô is always aware of the environment. Initiatives such as plastic waste reduction, recycling and efficient use of resources and tree planting and nature conservation activities have been vigorously implemented.
An annual initiative to raise awareness about climate change. By participating in Earth Hour, Laguna Lăng Cô encourages associates and guests to take action for the environment.
Launched in April 2018 to raise awareness and encourage participation from local students as environmental ambassadors, addressing pollution and maintaining a green, clean landscape for Lộc Vĩnh commune, Phú Lộc district.
Initiated in April 2016 to raise awareness and encourage associates to maintain environmental cleanliness around Laguna Lăng Cô. Each cleanup focuses on a specific area of the resort
First implemented by Banyan Group in 2007 to raise climate change awareness among associates and guests. Launched in August 2015 at Laguna Lăng Cô, it aims to provide greenery and shade for local schools.
Conducting at least four environmental cleanup events annually to raise awareness among associates, guests and especially the local community about environmental issues.
Composting food waste to produce organic fertilizer, contributing to a cleaner environment and providing a low-cost source of fertilizer for plants using readily available materials at the resort.
Community Contribution
Laguna Lăng Cô focuses on economic development and contributing positively to the community through charitable and local support programs.
Creates a friendly learning environment to improve English skills and communication confidence for high school students.
Held twice a month, bringing the sport closer to local students and nurturing young talent.
Launched in 2015, this initiative brings warmth to lonely elderly individuals through monthly visits by resort associates and guests, including delivering essential items, house care and companionship.
Managed by Banyan Group, it offers training and employment opportunities for disadvantaged youth (18-24 years old), equipping them with skills for a career in tourism.
Organized with Hue Blood Transfusion Center, allowing associates and guests to share the “gift of life.”
