Participating in a Bicycle Road Riding Training Camp at Laguna Lang Co will enable you to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to become a better rider, to enjoy riding more, to ride through amazing scenery and communities, to improve your health and fitness, and to achieve all this in the luxurious setting of a resort by the sea.
Being at our Training Camp is like being a pro, but without the pressure. You’ll grab a nutritious breakfast from our restaurant and head out for great workouts with our Coaches.
Throughout the sessions our support vehicles will be on hand if needed, and no matter what your fitness level we’ll make sure you’re challenged but never overwhelmed.
When you’re off the bike, enjoy nutrient-packed meals, stories with new friends, and additional instruction through presentations on training, nutrition, and more.
Off bike training seminars will inform and encourage you but will always leave you ample time to discover and explore the resort and its surrounds so as best to soak up the atmosphere of this incredible area.
Central Vietnam is home to the Coupe De Hue, Vietnams toughest road cycling race comprising of the Gran Fondo, a challenging 130km ride from the Imperial City of Hue to the hill top community of A luoi, and the Laguna Bach Ma KOM, a 15km climb of 1250m with an average above 8%.
There are also numerous flat roads surrounding lagoons and rice fields that will entice you to ride every day.
Ride the famed Hai Van pass, test yourself on the picturesque Gran Fondo route, or increase your pace on the shores of a beautiful seaside lagoon.
