Laguna Golf Lăng Cô is introducing several improvements to enhance course conditions and create a more convenient experience for golfers. The changes focus on three areas: turf restoration, controlled golf cart access on selected fairways, and the renovation and expansion of the Clubhouse – Golf Café.
These improvements are part of Laguna Lăng Cô’s ongoing efforts to enhance the overall golfer experience. Here is what golfers should know before booking their tee time.
Turf restoration to improve golf course conditions
Laguna Golf Lăng Cô is restoring areas where the turf has been damaged or grown unevenly. The team is planting and replacing turf sections where needed. At the same time, the maintenance team continues to care for the course to help the turf recover and create a more consistent, green and even playing surface.
In addition to turf restoration, Laguna continues regular maintenance such as mowing, fertilising and treating areas that need further improvement. This approach helps Laguna Golf Lăng Cô maintain course quality while continuously enhancing the playing experience.
Golf carts allowed on selected fairways
Laguna Golf Lăng Cô has introduced a new policy allowing golf carts on the fairways of holes 1, 3, 6, 10, 15 and 18. This change allows golfers to get closer to their ball, reduce walking time and maintain a smoother pace throughout their round.
As a result, golfers can save energy and focus more on their shots while enjoying the surrounding landscape. The policy can also be particularly useful on hot days or when playing longer sections of the course.
This practical improvement adds greater flexibility to the experience at the 18-hole, par-71 golf course designed by Sir Nick Faldo.
To protect the quality of the turf, golf carts are only permitted on the designated holes. The policy may also change depending on weather conditions or the condition of the course. Golfers should confirm the latest information with the Reception or Caddie team before starting their round.
When using a golf cart on the course, players should stay within the permitted areas and avoid sharp turns or sudden braking on the fairway.
Clubhouse renovation and expansion underway
In addition to the course improvements, Laguna Golf Lăng Cô is also renovating and expanding its Clubhouse area.
The project aims to increase capacity and improve movement within the Clubhouse. As a result, golfers will be able to access the different facilities more conveniently before and after their rounds.
Once completed, the upgraded Clubhouse will offer a more comfortable space for golfers. The expansion will also help Laguna better accommodate guests travelling with family and friends or attending golf events.
During the renovation, some areas or access routes within the Clubhouse may change. Golfers should follow staff instructions when visiting the Clubhouse.
