From June 6 to June 15, the Hue Community Ao Dai Week – one of the most remarkable events within the framework of the Hue Festival Summer 2025 – will officially take place, featuring 16 diverse activities across various culturally and historically significant landmarks of the former imperial capital.
This is not only a celebration honoring the traditional Vietnamese Ao Dai but also a heartfelt occasion for the community to share and spread national cultural values through emotional and memorable journeys.

Kicking off the series is the special art performance “Hue Ao Dai”, scheduled for 7:00 PM on June 6 at An Dinh Palace (Nguyen Hue Street, Thuan Hoa District). As part of the National Tourism Year 2025, this event brings together exclusive Ao Dai collections and performances deeply infused with the spirit of the ancient capital.
Additionally, a traditional Ao Dai tailoring exhibition will be held from June 5 to 8 at the An Dinh Palace grounds. Visitors and locals alike will have the opportunity to witness the craftsmanship of Ao Dai making, interact with artisans, and learn about the garment’s rich history.
