Safety box

• The safe is located in the master bedroom. We recommend that you keep your valuables in the safe during your stay.
• The safe requires a 4-digit password.
• Place your valuables inside the safe, close the door, enter any 4 digits you wish to use as your password, then press “Lock” to secure it.
• To open the safe, enter the same 4-digit code and press “Lock” again.
• A safety deposit box is also available at the Reception for your valuable items. We are not responsible for the loss of cash, jewelry, or other valuables unless deposited in the safety box at the Reception. The hotel assumes no responsibility for valuables left in your room or vehicle.

Laundry

Washing machine is set up in each house. In case you would like to have laundry service with fee, please contact Receptionist.

Bathroom Utilities

We hope you cooperate with hotel and Banyan Tree Group to protect environment during your stay, includes:

• All Utilities in bathroom (brush, comb, cotton swab,…) will be provided as your request, not replaced every day.
• The towel will be changed if you put it on the floor or in the bathtub. The towel on shelf will be used continuously
• Hair drier is in cabinet under the hand sink. For your safe, please press continuously on power button to use.
• The power socket with shaver symbol is for shaver machine only.

No Cigarette Policy

All townhouses are non-smoking villas. You can smoke outside of the townhouse or at the balcony. If there is smoke found in the room/suite, a fee 2,300,000 VND will be added to your account to facilitate a deep cleaning of your room.

Townhouse’s key

Each townhouse is given to a wooden key. In case, the guest lost or damage the key, the guest will be charged the fee as required: 500,000 VND/key.

• Any kind of illegal drugs are banned in the townhouses or anywhere within Laguna Lang Co Resort. Any events resulting from use of drugs shall be at guests’ own account and the Resort has the right to intermediately dismiss the guests.
• Other utilities: According to the self-sufficient model, the apartment’s general hygiene is required after check out. In case the room has too much garbage and stains on linens and sofas, the cleaning fee is: 600,000 VND/2BR or 800,000 VND/3BR.
