Prime Minister works with Banyan Tree Holdings Ltd.,

During his visit to Thua Thien Hue, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and the delegation of the Government met with representatives of Banyan Tree Holdings Ltd. (Singapore).

Continuation of investment in the second phase of Lang Co Laguna project

This morning, the Prime Minister paid a visit to Laguna Lang Co Resort, invested by Banyan Tree Holdings Ltd. Having been granted an investment certificate in 2007, Laguna Lang Co has completed the first phase of the project with the introduction of Angsana Lang Co Hotel with 229 rooms, golf course and many other items with the total investment of USD 230 million.

Recently, the project proposed an increase of investment capital from USD 875 million to USD 2 billion to deploy additional 5-star hotels, including world-class villas, apartments, casino.

The Prime Minister expressed his expectation that Banyan Tree Holdings Ltd. will continue to invest in the second phase of the project to turn Laguna Lang Co into the leading resort complex in Vietnam and a remarkable one of the region.
