Mercedes-Benz Vietnam handed over 2 E 200 to the international integrated resort Laguna Lăng Cô
Lang Co Town, Thua Thien Hue Province – Mercedes-Benz Vietnam (MBV) and its authorised dealer, An Du Autohaus (Danang), officially handed over two Mercedes E-200 cars to Laguna Lăng Cô. The luxury vehicles will join a fleet of high-end, chauffeur-driven cars offering five-star experience to visitors during their stay at this Vietnam’s premium international integrated resort.
Covering an area of 280-hectare, Laguna Lăng Cô owns a strategic position with romatic views. This premium international integrated resort impresses visitors when located near the charming Lang Co Bay, framed by a three-kilometre beach in the Chan May region overlooking the East Sea, famous for its pristine coastline, natural scenery and proximity to UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
As well as operating two five-star hotels – Banyan Tree and Angsana, Laguna Lăng Cô boasts an 18-hole, par-71 golf course designed by six-time Major champion Sir Nick Faldo, luxury private villas and residences, event conferencing facilities and recreational activities.
Having celebrated its fifth anniversary at the end of May, Laguna Lăng Cô is now embarking on ambitious expansion plans (2018 to 2022) that will see an increase in investment from US$875 million to US$2 billion and include a casino with 200 live tables and 2,000 slot machines.
“Our site is sufficiently large to enable the development and operation of the casino while retaining the essential ambience of a beach and golf resort that is stylish, sophisticated and contains areas and products that are family friendly”, said Mr Gavin Herholdt, Managing Director of Laguna Lăng Cô.
“After five years of operation with a host of milestones to celebrate, Laguna Lăng Cô continues to go from strength to strength as an ideal integrated holiday destination. The casino license and the partnership with Mercedes-Benz Vietnam are the next wonderful steps in our evolution. Our goal is to provide an outstanding experience to guests and to become recognised as the most luxurious resort in Vietnam”, he added.
Over the past 20 years, the E-Class has always been the symbol of Mercedes-Benz in Vietnam, thanks to its eye-catching interior design, top-notch material and outstanding efficiency. In particular, the new generation E-Class achieved extremely high safety – a compelling reason to become a luxury car. It has far surpassed the 5 star standard of Euro New Car Assessment Programme (EURO NCAP) in every aspect. To achieve this level, the E-Class features a number of valuable safety functions such as Parking Pilot integrated with Reversing Camera or Camera 360o; ATTENTION ASSIST; ESP Curve Dynamic Assist; Crosswind Assist; electric hand brake with smart brake release ability; Hill-Start Assist; 9 air-bags and full-LED headlamp.
“I hope that the combination of the two symbols for the peerage will bring unique experience, unforgettable to travelers all over the world when exploring this beautiful S-shaped land”, said Mr. Choi Duk-Jun, General Director of Mercedes-Benz Vietnam.
