Package Specific Terms and Conditions

• This offer is open for bookings from 14 February 2022 to 31 December 2022
• This offer is valid for stays from 14 February 2022 to 31 December 2022 (all dates inclusive)
• This offer cannot be combined with other promotions and gift certificates.
• The extra bed is restricted to one per room, includes buffet breakfast for a child, and is subject to availability at the time of booking.

General Terms and Conditions

• Rates are quoted in US Dollar
• Non-consumed service will not be reimbursed
• Check-in time is 1500 hours and Check-out time is 1200 hours
• Rate is exclusive of 5% Service Charge and 10% Government Tax.
• Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• Late check-out from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
• Late check-out from 6:00 PM will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
• In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.
• Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
• Reservations will be canceled at the resort’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
• No pets are allowed.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 100% penalty charge.
