Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales team & sales activities of Laguna Lang Co Properties.
  • Make sure the potential sales are successfully secured and converted, enhance all potential sales

Key Requirements

Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep track the status of opinion form, contract, side letter…
  • Buyer’s information and documentation tracking file.
  • Liaise with the buyers all matter concerned, golf membership, rental program, Sanctuary Club owner Entitlement.
  • Liaise with Finance, Project regarding the staged construction & billing.

Online Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • To handle online sales covering OTA
  • To actively seek new accounts and develop new sources of business. Target 30 to 40% of business each month to come from new accounts
  • To promote rooms, F&B outlet and MICE equally and also ensure Golf & Seedlings have suitable representation as required
  • To represent the resorts at relevant association and business networking events
  • To maintain a high level of exposure for the hotel in major market areas through direct sales solicitation, telephone, email contact and written communications
  • To implement all sales action plans related to his/her market areas as outlined in the Marketing Plan to ensure that goals are achieved
  • To establish and maintain files on major hotel accounts and maintain the sales file and trace systems according to sales procedures

Revenue Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Kept forecasting accuracy to within +/-5% consistently.

  • Drives the achievement of maximum room rate, yield and conversions.
  • Demonstrates an in depth knowledge and understanding of hotel systems to ensure appropriate capture of data for client information, events, forecasts and results.
  • Manages BTHR revenue systems in order to monitor occupancy, managing overbooking, tracking of promotional offers, denials, rate and inventory control by tracking booking statistics and maintaining pace reports.
  • Leads revenue meetings, and generates reports and analyses needed for these meetings, displaying key facts/trends etc.
  • Responsible for managing all third party distributors on extranets ensuring compliance with the Lowest Internet Rate Guarantee in compliance with BTHR standards and rules.
  • Provides technical and training support to Reservations and Front Office on up-selling and negotiating techniques.
  • Prepare and complete regular and ad-hoc reports and take on special projects when required especially relating to competitor information and market

Sales Manager (Mice)

Key Responsibilities

  • To monitor and minimize office expenses.
  • To advise and consult with Director of Sales to obtain highest possible profits in business dealing.
  • To achieve targets in terms of number of new Accounts acquired, Room Night and Revenue as set by the Director of Sales.
  • To submit monthly entertainment schedule to the Director of Sales for approval.
  • Systematically and efficiently call on Key Accounts within location and report findings and opportunities to the Director of Sales.
  • Pre-qualify and target Key Accounts within assigned territory and develop appropriate and effective sales solicitation strategies to increase hotel’s market share.
  • Ensure a high level of exposure for the hotel through direct sales solicitation, telephone contact and written communication. 80% of own time to be dedicated to direct acquisition activities.
  • Develop and maintain pro-active relationship with potential and current accounts through regular sales calls and in-house entertainment based on business priorities.
  • Arrange and conduct site inspection for potential and key accounts.
  • Actively pursue business leads received from all sources.
  • Ensure all Sales Contracts are issued on time.
  • Keep and safeguard all contracts and financial documents at all time.
  • Ensure up-to-date database of all accounts are maintained.
  • Provide accurate details of group business booked to Sales Coordinator for monthly consolidation.
  • Maintain efficient trace systems to ensure all business booked are properly tracked.
  • Submit weekly sales activities and entertainment schedule to Director of Sales every Friday.

  • Ensure all enquiries are replied within 24 hours, including group proposals.
  • Ensure all administrative work is executed in a professional manner following hotel standards as dictated.
